Kirsten's Biography :

I moved to Eugene from Colorado in 2004 to continue my career in meeting planning and hospitality. I had the opportunity to manage a hospitality program for two Olympic Sports Federations and organized sponsor packages at multiple Olympic Games. I was also instrumental in starting up a local property investment company. These experiences laid the foundation for my ability to multi-task and create solutions that are invaluable to my real estate clients.

In 2007 I chose a career in real estate because I enjoy working with people and believe that real estate is a fantastic way of investing for the future. It is very rewarding for me to find the right home for my clients, whether someone is a first time home buyer, needs a larger home, or interested in investment opportunities, I will assist you in choosing the right property, make the offer, negotiate the best terms possible and recommend financing.

An experienced Buyer’s Agent  is invaluable for your purchase and I will help make your real estate transaction go smooth and avoid costly mistakes. I will guide you through the most important decision of your life and let my experience work for you.

Testimonials

We worked with Kirsten Danley as first time home buyers and are happily living in our first home now! We were completely new to the area so Kirsten served as an invaluable resource in understanding various neighborhoods and aspects of the home buying process that could benefit us. If we wanted to connect with other services (we used Stepping Stone Mortgage and can't say enough positive remarks about working with Mike), she was available and ready to offer this information. Particularly, we pushed for a pretty quick buying process and wanted to move in quickly after our bid was accepted and Kirsten worked hard to ensure that happened for us. Thank you, Kirsten!

Kirsten Danley is amazing. She always puts extra time and effort in to helping her clients. She responds quickly to questions even when i thought it was silly to ask she gave me a quick honest helpful answer. She will be my go to for all my real estate endeavors

Kirsten Danley is awesome, she was our realtor who helped us buy our first home. She was very responsive, the day the house listed, we saw the house, put in the offer and it was accepted. Kirsten’s experience is why we were able to build an offer that was accepted. After our offer was accepted she continued to be hard working guiding us through inspections through closing. She also connected us with the best people such as Mike at Stepping Stone Mortgage. Kirsten was the best representation exceeding our exceptions and finding us a home. Thank you Kirsten!!!

Kirsten was our realtor whom we highly recommend! We purchased a bank owned property that was full of one challenge after another. Moving from out of state, we felt vulnerable with not being present to deal more closely with the incidents. Kristen had our back through the entire time, as well as staying in communication and assuring us everything would work out (which it did). Besides being experienced and skilled, she has a very personable and comfortable presence that puts you at ease at a time when most people are feeling highly stressed with real estate transactions. Don't hesitate to give her a call.

As I was retiring and moving to Oregan, Kirsten Danley's expert Buyer's Agent skills were great in helping me to find my home. She listened to my preferences, was prompt in responding, always honest and knowledgeable as she guided me through the buying process. I highly recommend Kirsten to you!

Kirsten Danley was our agent. We worked with her for about a year to find our home. We traveled from out of state to meet with her and she always had houses ready for us to see. We would come every few months to continue our search. She was very patient, listened to what we wanted and was so helpful all throughout the process. We did all the paperwork out of state and she always went the extra mile on seeing every detail through on her end. We closed with ease and moved right in on the day we closed in our other home. She is professional, helpful, very hard working and I highly recommend her to anyone purchasing a home. we couldn't have done it without her help and support.

Kirsten from Key Realty is a friend of mine. I have volunteered with her and always enjoyed working with her. I was even more impressed when she was our buyer's agent to get our dream house; her attention to detail and drive to get what the client wants was impressive and extensive. Simon helped us sell our old house, and I feel like that process went as smooth as it could have gone thanks to his and Kirsten's help. As an added bonus, they are also great with young kids during your meetings with them or others related to the buying/selling of real estate.

Kirsten did a wonderful job of helping us find a home and stuck with us while the house took six months to close. We're very please with her responsiveness to our questions and concerns and we look forward to working with her again in the future.

Kirsten, was super helpful with the entire buying process and has created a terrific team of associates to help the process to be very efficient from the beginning to the the close.

Kirsten helped us buy our dream home and helped a friend of mine buy our old house. Simon helped us sell our old house. Both were great to work with and excellent with little kids (two boys, 3 and 6). I also suffer from anxiety, so this whole thing was a lot for me. Kirsten was wonderful about calming me down and being supportive. I never want to move again, but if I did, I'd go through them without a second thought.

I have worked with several real estate agents in the past. Most of them just wanted to make a sale however far fetched a showing was. They really wasted my time taking me to neighborhoods and homes I had no interest in. Then I spoke with Kirsten Danley, at Key Realty Group about 2 homes I wanted to see. Wow! the next day we toured house #1 then she got a friend and me into house #2 the following day. She knows how to get her clients what they want. I find Ms Danley flexible and eager to accomodate not only my needs and wants but my schedule and time line as well. We sealed a deal within a couple of weeks with Kirsten's hard work and my hard hopes. Brava and kudos to Kirsten!....she is my go-to go-getter realtor forever...and a day. Making her yours = making a great decision for yourself.

Could not have been happier with our experience with Kirsten Danley at Key. We moved to Eugene from the Cincinnati area and Kirsten did everything remotely. She had driven me to see numerous homes while I was in Eugene for a visit. I was so impressed with her knowledge. You would think she has been in this business for 50 years !! She always knew exactly what to ask and inquired about things that I would not have thought of. I have sold 6 homes in the past FOR SALE BY OWNER. To be honest, I really didn't care for Realtors much, UNTIL I worked with Kirsten ! She TOTALLY changed my mind. In fact while talking to my now neighbor regarding flood insurance, he informed me that his Realtor, nor his bank, had ever told him that he needed any and then got hit with a huge bill. Kirsten had inquired about this issue for me before I ever knew that I would need any. She also contacted insurance people, to assure that I could assume the previous owners low rates, BEFORE I asked her about it !! Now that is proactive!! And in my opinion, excellent service !!! Kirsten Danley is such a sweet person and wonderful at her job. Very prompt with returning any questions, and gave great advise. I can't imagine a better choice for a Realtor than Kirsten. She made the experience of a long distance move much, much easier.
